The main objective of the research was to explore the nature and dynamics of the involvement of Uganda's exporting firms in respective global value chains. The study analysed business relations amongst selected global value chain members, strategies used for upgrading and governance. the study incorporates the views of 34 exporting Uganda firms and 19 importers in Europe.
